We at Quang Thien Imex S.A. (QTI), a leading Ivorian exporter and processor of agricultural commodities, have announced the launch of our International & National Internship Program for 2025, aimed at equipping students and young professionals with critical skills in the evolving agri-food sector.

Established in 2009, we are renowned for our commitment to sustainability, automation, and high-quality processing, particularly in coffee, cocoa, and cashew nuts. The internship program is designed to respond to increasing industry demands for professionals capable of navigating complex global standards and sustainability transitions.

Program Highlights:

Focus Areas: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Safety, Finance & Administration, Human Resources, and Quality Control & Assurance. Internship Duration: Up to six months based on availability and academic requirements.
Eligibility: Open to Master’s, Post-Master’s, or PhD students and recent graduates with strong academic performance and proficiency in English or French.

Rights and Responsibilities of Staff Representatives.

As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening employee capabilities, the General Management of Quang Thien Imex organized an in-house training program titled "Roles and Responsibilities of Staff Representatives", which was held from June 30 to July 05, 2025.

This training was specifically designed for Staff Delegates, with the objective of equipping them with a thorough understanding of the legal framework that governs their duties, while also providing practical tools necessary for the effective execution of their mandate. Through this program, participants were able to gain deeper insight into their responsibilities and enhance their ability to represent their colleagues in a fair and constructive manner.

Such capacity-building initiatives reflect the company's strong belief in fostering a collaborative work environment built on trust, mutual respect, and open communication. By empowering staff representatives, Quang Thien Imex aims to encourage meaningful and constructive social dialogue, ensuring that employees' voices are heard and that their concerns are addressed through proper channels.

Tracing Roots, Building Futures: QTI’s Commitment to Sustainable Partnerships

Last week, QTI had the privilege of being welcomed into one of the villages of its partner farmers. It was not just a visit, but a heartfelt celebration of more than seven years of collaboration-a bond built on trust, shared commitment, and growth. The gathering was filled with warmth, joy, and gratitude, as everyone looked back at the journey walked together.

From the farmers tending their fields, to the sorters ensuring quality, and the buyers connecting produce to markets-every step of the chain has been strengthened by people working hand in hand. Their dedication makes it possible for QTI to transform raw cashew nuts into the finest kernels, and this occasion was a way of honoring their hard work and paying tribute to the heart behind the harvest.

The farmers we visited are also part of QTI's traceability project. Today, QTI can trace 100% of its products back to the farmer group level, and is now working to achieve traceability down to the individual farmer. This commitment goes beyond transparency-it is about building stronger relationships, supporting farming communities, and creating initiatives that champion sustainability. One such project is already underway, though details will be shared once it is officially validated.

This celebration reminded QTI once again why it does what it does. Farming communities like these are at the core of its mission, inspiring QTI to process over 100,000 tons of cashew nuts each year with responsibility and care. Partnerships anchored in sustainability and traceability are the foundation of mutual success, and QTI looks forward to many more years of working hand in hand with farmers and building brighter futures together.
